Capture the magic of season with a beautiful color photograph; bring your pet for a posed picture with Santa Claus. Pets will receive a special treat after visiting with Santa. All proceeds benefit the Save The Animals Rescue Foundation. STAR rescues and provides rehabilitation services for injured and orphaned Long Island animals and releases them back into their natural habitat.

Petco is partnering with Santa’s Helpers for a digital photo experience. 100% of donations go to homeless animals through the All for Holiday Homes fundraiser. People aren’t the only ones who get excited about the arrival of fall, canines love it too. Autumn is a great time of year to meet fellow dog lovers, enjoy the beautiful weather and dress you pet up in costume. Here are some upcoming fall and Halloween events that you and your pup can take full advantage of.

Wines and Canines Walk/Run

Join fellow pet families at Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard for the annual Wines and Canines Walk/Run in support of homeless dogs at the Kent Animal Shelter. Take a long leisurely stroll or invigorating run along the North Fork wine & farm country while enjoying pop-up prizes along the route. Enter the auction, 50-50 raffle and the people/pet lookalike contest. Listen to live music from while you sip and swirl wines that benefit the rescue horses at the vineyard.

The Paws on Parade is a great way to celebrate the pets in your life and support the animals of the Southampton Animal Shelter and restoration programs at the Southampton Historical Museum. Enjoy family-friendly activities including contests, an agility course, auctions, photo ops, face painting, etc. Take a stroll from Rogers Mansion to the Bathing Corporation beach. St. John’s Church will even have a station where you can have your animals blessed.
