Local Burger Co. in Bay Shore is the place to go for burgers, beers, and BBQ. This burger joint stays true to its name sourcing several menu items from local establishments’ including craft beers, wines and ice cream from Long Island. Their signature burger is The Local Burger-a burger with American cheese, tomato, lettuce pickles and a special local sauce. The local sauce is a mixture of ketchup, mustard and mayo, similar to Thousand Island dressing. Signature Burger -Three Little Pigs
If you love New York Burger Bar, Babylon Burger Bar has a similar menu. Besides the Juicy Lucy, I highly suggest the The Three Little Pigs, an 8 ounce burger infused with bacon, topped with candied bacon, crispy pork belly, house BBQ sauce and an onion ring. Babylon Burger Bar’s milk shakes are InstaFamous, including their Oreo’s Cookies N’ Cream, S’mores, Red Velvet, ChipWich, but their most popular is their Sweet N’ Salt, with Pretzel Rods and chocolate candies, creating the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
